NOTW - Ciate in Pocket Money

On my nails this week was Ciate's Paint Pots in Pocket Money. This is the only Ciate polish I own and I've used it a few times now, since receiving it in a Glossybox this summer.

I painted my nails whilst bedridden last weekend, I was gutted to have to have naked nails for my surgery the previous week, so couldn't wait to sit up in bed & give my nails a little colour!!

I also started to use Avon Nail Experts Diamond Strengthening Complex this week to harden and strengthen my nails, so I'll let you know how I get on with that.

Ciate say...
'Ciaté® Pocket Money Nail Polish The ultimate in understated luxury, this creamy fudge nude is a sweet treat for fingers and the perfect girly indulgence. Break open your piggy bank and splash out on some me time.'

Firstly let's take a moment to discuss how adorable Ciate's Paint Pots are. They're so cute with their little bows. Super chic! The bottles are such a great shape and I love how big they are! Now onto the colour, this creme polish is so me - I love a nude, and this is more of a creamy, buttery fudge colour - exactly how they describe. I think this colour would suit every season and every outfit, it's so versatile. Now the thing I love most about this polish is how glossy it is. The brush is normal size, unfortunately not a big brush which you know by now I prefer - but it was still simple and easy enough to cover the nail with 3 strokes and dried super quick ready for a 2nd coat. I couldn't get over just how glossy they were, appearing as though I was wearing a top coat. Unfortunately, even though I didn't do much this week as I've still been recovering, they still managed to chip after only a few days which was a shame. By the end of the week they were all pretty much chipped. But that said, it's still a gorgeous colour, a gorgeous polish & a gorgeous brand that I'll continue to use.

Would I recommend it?
Yes, as I said before, it's a really versatile colour that'll work for any occasion. It's quick drying, amazingly glossy finish makes for a great polish.

Would I repurchase?
Yes, I fancy getting my hands on a few more of Ciate's Paint Pots. I just wish I had a prettier place to display these super cute bottles, rather than in my crammed nail box!

Ciate Paint Pots are available to purchase in an array of colours, at £9.00, here.

What have you been wearing on your nails this week?
